Yes! Bulk dried goods can be purchases through our online store and picked up using our curbside pickup service. You are welcome to pick up bulk orders in multiple trips, should your truck or trailer have limited weight capacity.

Once you've placed an online order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive a secondary email when your order is ready to be picked up. Please note that we have a standard fulfillment period of 1-7 business days. Curbside pickup is available Tuesday through Sunday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Due to high volumes of incoming orders, you will be required to place a separate order. If you wish to pick up two or more orders at the same time, please ensure you have received pickup notification emails for all orders.
Yes, you can absolutely refund an entire order or part of an order. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or leave us a voicemail at (613) 833-2316 with your order information (i.e. order number).
A refund takes up to 10 business days to be credited back.
The hard-working team at J.A. Laporte Flowers & Nursery can only fulfill so many orders in a day. Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, we are required to practise safe physical distancing which means we can't help as many customers as usual. With over 17 greenhouses and a 2,000 square-foot store, staff need to scour our nursery to grab each and every item purchased through our online store. This can be very time consuming for our team, and we thank you for your patience.
Due to the cap on how many orders can be placed per day, not everyone will be able to place their order at any given time. If the limit of daily orders has been reached, please attempt to place your order the following day. Since the cap on the number of orders resets at midnight every day, you can place your order as early as 12:01 a.m. Please note that most orders come through between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m.
Each order, no matter how small, takes time to fulfill. We often receive multiple small orders from the same customer, which is very time-consuming for staff. Under our current circumstances, we are encouraging our customers to think twice before placing an order, to ensure their order is complete. By eliminating multiple orders, you are saving an order slot for another customer.
Replacements & Warrantee
Due to COVID-19, we do not have the same range of products we typically offer which means we may not be able to replace until 2021. In the meantime please ensure to have clear pictures of the plant in question. Ensure to capture the trunk from multiple angles as well as the canopy. A copy of the receipt including the guarantee paperwork is also required. Please send us an email to email@example.com containing these details.
Yes, we will honour all eligible warranties. Due to COVID-19, we will be extending warranties for all eligible 2019 purchases.
No. Plants purchased in the year 2020 are not covered under our warranty.
Since our gift cards are physical cards, we cannot apply them to our online store. However, upon picking up your online order you have the option to bring your gift card and we will reimburse the value of the gift card back to your credit card used to process the online order. Please note that our gift cards do not expire.
